This protective governance framework applies explicitly to our entire international multi-tenant domain portfolio, including but not limited to:

  • The Parent Infrastructure Hubs: syncgaze.com, syncgaze.com.au, and syncgaze.co.uk owned by Janette Nelson the director of SYNCGAZE LTD a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under Company Number 17479586, with its registered office address at 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG.
  • The Specialized Commercial Vertical Portals: rgaze.com (Live Staging) and pgaze.com (Pipeline Vector).

All associated digital sub-domains, web-based applications, and micro-frontend sandboxes accessed across these addresses are bound by these identical compliance parameters.

2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All content, technical architectures, user interface configurations, proprietary source code, micro-frontend modules, database schemas, and visual configuration engines (including the RGaze and PGaze vertical software infrastructures) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

  • No Unauthorized Replication: Interaction with our preview environments, live staging sandboxes, or network edge endpoints does not grant any license, transfer, or assignment of intellectual property rights to the user or any third party.
  • Protection Clause: Any unauthorized extraction, modification, reverse-engineering, duplication, or deployment of our core assets, code snippets, or system logic is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of international copyright, trademark, and patent statutes.

3. Controlled Early Access & Sandbox Conditions

Access to the RGaze Early Access Demo or private partner evaluation sandboxes across any of the Company's domains is provisioned strictly at our sole discretion.

  • Credentials Security: Approved retail SMEs, enterprise white-label licensees, and strategic investment partners are issued unique session passwords and authenticated browser cookie tokens.
  • Account Liability: Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Any unauthorized distribution of sandbox access tokens will result in immediate termination of the evaluation session and the revocation of all platform privileges.

4. Nature of Business & Permitted Use

In strict alignment with our registered corporate operational classifications, our properties are dedicated exclusively to providing services under SIC Code 58290 (Other software publishing), 62012 (Business and domestic software development), and 63110 (Data processing, hosting and related activities). Usage of these platforms for any purpose outside these specified technical domains is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Liability & Technical Warranty Boundaries

6. Third-Party Hosting and Infrastructure Disclaimer

Users explicitly acknowledge and agree that the Company’s preview environments, staging sandboxes, and interactive application prototypes are currently hosted, executed, and compiled on third-party infrastructure [context].
