Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility

SYNCgaze LTD is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, applying the relevant accessibility standards to our enterprise spatial-commerce platform and suite of native viewports, including RGaze and PGaze.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The SYNCgaze platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some components of our spatial viewports and dynamic 3D rendering elements may occasionally require interface refinements as we scale our frontier text-rendering engines to support diverse assistive technologies seamlessly.

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of the SYNCgaze suite relies on the following core web technologies to work with the particular combination of web browsers and any assistive tools or apps installed on your device:

•    HTML5 / CSS3

•    JavaScript

•    WOFF2 (Natively Hosted Web Typography Ecosystem)

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards applied.

Known Limitations & Visual Overlays

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of the SYNCgaze ecosystem, there may be temporary limitations within our current sandbox builds:

•    Spatial Viewports: Our live 3D preview containers and checkout overlay frames are currently undergoing optimization. Users utilizing strict text-only screen readers may experience momentary layout shifts during real-time product canvas updates.

•    Mobile Navigation Frameworks: Certain high-density mobile viewports (including specific smartphone landscape layouts) are actively being refactored to expand touch-target sizing and prevent component overlap.
